A one-day symposium to highlight researchers at UBC studying the intersection of climate change, biodiversity loss, and infectious disease. This symposium also served as a springboard for method development and data analysis for a working group, involving 11 participating scientists from 8 universities and research institutions across North America, to examine the causal pathways between climate, biodiversity, and infectious disease. This event was supported by the Peter Wall Institute of Advanced Studies and a UBC Grant for Catalyzing Research Clusters “Mapping the infectious disease landscape of the Anthropocene.”
